Complete replacement recoil for manual pull start- Professional Version.
PLEASE NOTE: This generator has been fitted with two different recoils during manufacturing over the years. You must choose the correct recoil (same as you have removed) as they fix differently. Please check your old recoil before ordering.

You will need to undo the screw and remove the Round Fuel On/Off Switch from the front of the Generator before removing the Housing. When taking apart the Generator Housing to replace the Part, be sure you take note of all the small parts that make up the support of the Engine to the Housing, and how they fit back together.
This can be a tricky job, so assistance from another person when taking the Housing apart and reassembling it, might make the job much easier and quicker!
If the recoil wheel has broken on the original, then it is advisable to check the oil level. If there is too much oil in the engine it will also change the compression ratio. Remove any excess oil.
If you oil the rope with petroleum jelly it will stop the rope from fraying.
