Replacement Diesel Injector Nozzle

(Tip only as seen in photo)

  • BE SURE YOU CAN GET YOUR INJECTOR ASSEMBLY APART BEFORE ORDERING!
  • DO NOT OPEN THE TOP OF THE INJECTOR UNLESS YOU HAVE AN INJECTOR PRESSURE TESTER AND KNOW HOW TO USE IT!
  • ONLY SUGGESTED FOR EXPERIENCED MECHANICS!
  • For inexperienced mechanics we highly suggest purchasing the "Injector Nozzle Assembly" which has be fully set up for you and is ready to install.

You might also require a Full Assembly if the housing or internal parts get damaged during the unscrewing process. It is also common for these to "weld" themselves together, making it impossible to take apart.

Generator Guru says:

This is a part that can get blocked or wears. It can wear out quickly if contaminated fuel has been pulled through the system. When replacing this part, drain the fuel tank, and rinse in clean diesel (not water as this is a contaminant.) Also we suggest you replace the all Fuel Filters as the old ones could re-contaminate your Injector.

It is also advisable to service the engine, to ensure none of the particles from the fuel system have made their way to the engine. Hint: A Service Kit will give you the best value when replacing the filters and servicing the engine.

*Compatible part
