Things can go wrong from time to time. When this happens, our aim is to resolve your complaint in an efficient, fair and timely way. Where we have made a mistake, we will explain what went wrong and take steps to put things right.
It is easy to make a Return with Generator Guru. Simply follow the steps below and we will quickly process your request.
1. Login to our store, then go to My Account. (If you checked out as a guest, please see the email we sent to set a password and login.)
2. On the page you will see any orders you have placed. Click Return Item(s) next to the relevant order.
3. Fill out the following items on the return request:
- Quantity to return
- Return reason
- Return action
- Comments
4. Click Submit Return Request.
When a return request is submitted Generator Guru will send you a confirmation email.
But I need it quick!
To speed up the return process, please take a picture of:
- the original part, and our part, next to each other in one photo.
- the machinery the part is to be fitted to.
- any other photos your think will assist us.
When you receive the confirmation email there are instructions on how to submit your photos.
