To purchase parts please order via our website. We hold over 400,000 parts in stock that can be purchased online. Buy now!

All parts listed on the website are in stock unless otherwise indicated on the product page. Purchasing via the website will ensure your parts are dispatched from your closest depot with stock, and prevents errors in addresses and delivery service requests.

 

Engineering Support:

We can assist you in troubleshooting problems, and advise you on repairing the Generator! Submit a support ticket with your questions to our Engineers by emailing us on Support@generatorguru.com or from your cell on our SMS number (760) 300-3388.

Please include the following in your message:

  • Make & Model of the Generator
  • Any Numbers or codes written on the Generator/Engine/Part
  • Your request (advice required)
  • Pictures of the Generator and Part if possible

 

Generator / Part Identification:

If you do not know the Make and Model of your Generator, or the name of the Part you need, we do provide an identification service. Please contact us for any of these services free of charge to our email Support@generatorguru.com or from your cell on our SMS number (760) 300-3388. 

 

Please include the following in your message:

 

  • Pictures of the Generator (front and back)
  • Pictures of the Part required
  • Any Numbers or codes written on the Generator/Engine/Part
  • Your request (advice required/identification/part searching for)
