Description

Replacement Battery Charging Rectifier with external fuse for extra protection.

Generator Guru says:

If your battery keeps dying, then this is probably the part required. This is a common problem as it is a part that wears out over time, or can blow if there is a surge in the charging system. If not replaced quickly it can damage your battery and cause your starter motor solenoid to burn out.

Quick and easy to fit, our Battery Charging Rectifiers come with a replaceable fuse, to prevent any future surges damaging your Starter Motor, Battery, and Battery Charging Rectifier.

The shipping time for the part was a little longer than expected but that seems to be the norm for everything these day.

    Speed of supply

when you have customers with fridges using this as an interim supply getting hold of the rectifier so quickly is fabtastic - talk to them first as you may be chasing the wrong fault - the are great at that too!

    Fixed the Problem

I was glad to be able to get this replacement part. The manufacturer of the generator had no workable way to contact them for parts. It fits and works perfectly. The fuse is a good idea and may protect the regulator from failing in the future. Delivery time was quick, especially considering that it came from Great Britain.
